Wake up in Masseria
The morning begins with the fragrant and genuine flavors of
breakfast.
The clear water of the pool invites you, amid the dazzling white of the masseria surrounded by the green of olive trees.
The pool
A bright, 1.5-metre-deep pool welcomes guests, equipped with parasols, sun loungers, and soft towels.
Its intense blue water, contrasting against the whitewashed buildings, shines like an invitation to relax.
You can bask in the sun or find shade on the sofas under the arches of the old sheep pen, one of the farmhouse’s most evocative and treasured corners.
Breakfast
In the morning, wake up to the intense aroma of coffee and the full flavour of Apulian tradition.
In the common room, a buffet breakfast welcomes you with an array of local delicacies: fragrant teas, fresh juices, sun-ripened fruit, freshly baked cakes, warm and fragrant croissants, pasticciotti filled with cream, and a selection of cold cuts and cheeses that celebrate the countryside’s bounty.
Enjoy a slow and generous moment, where every bite is a taste of the local identity.
The breakfast buffet is served every morning
between 7:30 AM and 10 AM in the common room.
Pasta-making class with dinner
Once a week, upon reservation, the farm opens its kitchens to guests for a cooking experience steeped in home and tradition.
The afternoon begins with hands in the flour and shared smiles, guided by those who hold the secrets of Apulian cuisine. You will learn to prepare fresh pasta, orecchiette, grandma’s sauces, and other typical local dishes.
After the work comes the reward. When the sun sets, everyone gathers around the table to enjoy the fruits of their labour: a simple, authentic dinner filled with real flavours and lively conversation under the stars.
It’s a special moment of sharing, where every gesture tells a story, and every bite tastes of Puglia.
The horses
Amidst centuries-old olive trees and dry stone walls, the farm’s horses coexist harmoniously with the land.
Approaching them is a profound experience marked by silent exchanges of glances, respect and wonder.
These majestic creatures roam freely in the fields, embodying the ancient elegance of those who know the rhythm of nature.
On request, we organise guided tours of the stables, offering a chance to connect with these extraordinary animals up close, discover their habits, stroke their coat and be enchanted by their presence.
